Impossible to get through on the phones, better to go in person and wait in reception until you can see a doctor

My parents are registered at this practice and due to their ages they are requiring the practice services more frequently but whenever I ask for assistance the staff pull out all the stops to ensure that they deliver the care that is needed .I can't thank the reception staff enough who enable the start of the process the doctors whose diagnosis and referrals commence the required treatment and the nurses for the on going checks that keep my dad and mum tickity-boo .Thank you .

Just avoid the place, badly ran, staff who dont want to answer the phone. No appointments at all when you finally do get through. If your new and looking at local practises AVOID THIS ONE.

Phoned this morning to get a appointment due to having a chest infection and it's causing havoc with my asthma. Just to be told 14 minutes after opening there's no appointment. Got a pharmacy review. Avoid this gp at all costs. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Only regret I have is I cant switch doctors
