Shake 'N' Cake

Waited over an two hours for one milkshake, cookie dough and a cheesecake to which it was delayed to begin with. When the woman brought our order, it was the complete wrong order, so we rang back and she came to collect and assured us that she will bring us our food back! We waited and waited and finally got a message saying that the order had been cancelled!! Absolutely appauling! First ever time ordering and the last! Would not recommend

The cookie dough was amazing, we ordered 2 milkshakes too which were so tasty and thick x

Yesterday I ordered 3 milkshakes 2 of which lids were cracked, rung up and was told we needed to wait as they was going to send 2 new ones out but we needed to give the other ones to the driver (with the cracked lids) we hadnt drank the milkshakes before this. An hour passed so we tried ringing and the line was busy. Rang up today only for the person on the other end to be rude and tried accusing us off breaking the lids to get new ones although we hadnt even had a sip out of the milkshakes. When we did drink our milkshakes it was just runny milk and this was about 2 1/2 hours after, as we knew they werent gonna turn up as the shop was now closed.

Ordered at 21.15. Tried contacting via phone 2 hours later as food never arrived but they have turned the phone line off. Looks like it happens regularly judging by other reviews. Shame as its not bad when they actually deliver!

2nd time visiting now, definitely worth the trip! We come from Sheffield just for the desserts and the AMAZING customer service! All the staff are lovely especially Qais who made us feel very welcomed. See you soon guys!
