Would highly recommend. Very happy with the whole process. Had metal braces fitted never thought my teeth would look or could be like they are. Thank you.

Would have rated as zero star. Unprofessional, no privacy with open plan practice. Stay away poor state of affairs, like a sausage factory, no care at all.

What an absolute waste of time! Was given an appointment for my daughter after sending through photos. I had to book a day off work to attend the appointment and when we got there we were told she wouldn't qualify for NHS treatment so would cost in excess of 3,000 if she wanted any work done! This could have been communicated before making us attend an appointment to avoid wasting everybody's time! When I mentioned this while there I was just told "yeah someone else just had the same thing happen" no apologies. My advice would be to ring them before attending any appointments.

Would definitely not recommend going here for treatment. I was referred here by my dentist as I was told the waiting list was shorter than the orthodontist in my town however, in hind sight, the longer wait may have been a better option. - Lack of communication so every appointment was a surprise. Was told I was getting my braces put on in my next appointment but it actually happened 6 months later and only on my lower teeth. A year later my upper braces were put on which I was not expecting. Wasnt aware I was getting them taken off either when it happened. They kind of tell you what theyre doing as theyre doing it rather than letting you in on their plan. - Took me an hour to get there on the bus and have had them cancel on me when I was 10 minutes away. Wasted time and money. - Heard two members of staff talking bad about someone else who was receiving treatment after she had left. Said patients loose bracket was due to poor care and that she was lying to them and thought they were idiots. - Treatment happens in one big room with around 6 chairs so you can see everyone else being treated and they can see you meaning no privacy - Member of staff came into the waiting room and started taking pictures of my teeth. This involved using plastic instruments to hold my mouth open which isnt the most dignified thing in the world especially with the entire waiting room watching. Once again, no privacy. They have other rooms where this is normally done but chose not to use them on this occasion. - Called me from the waiting room to go upstairs, member of staff told me to sit and that she would be back in a second. After 15 minutes of waiting (which is typically done in the waiting room) the orthodontist finally comes over and we have a 30 second conversation. End of appointment.
