Awfal shopping experience. Staff only like locals and can be very unwelcoming to anyone tanned or not local, the whole door control thing is very off putting. Most staff look like they can't be botherd. Few price drops but not as good as it should be. As a Tesco customer for years I am disappointed how this Tesco takes advantage of being the only shop around for a good distance opening the times it dose. It's local convenient but not good. There is a cost of living crisis what dose this shop do to help locals ? No food bank bin no using club card of someone else if you don't have your own, most food items over priced to make way for club card discount. Franchise

So I have just recently moved up the road and I have only visited this store twice, both times were an extremely unwelcoming experience. Most staff are very unfriendly. The first incident was with my dad where a member of staffs attitude was that unreasonable that he had to walk out of the shop. The second was when my partner was getting some bits, I went in to remind him what food we need and he then picked up a bottle of wine and chocolates as a present for family. As he was at the till he got out his ID and because I was stood behind him in the queue she also asked for mine (which wasnt on me because I wasnt buying or planning to buy any alcohol) as we were calmly trying to re assure her that the wine was a present and wasnt for me, another member of staff said in a very belittling, cocky manner keep arguing, you arent getting it hahaha so we immediately left the shop before my partner lost his temper with the man. Absolutely appalling behaviour!
