Excellent service, straight forward and reasonable cost. Grant provided clear information upfront, gave some recommendation and manage to deliver the set up of the system on time. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

We were really struggling with our current IT support provider and Grant and his team completed a no-obligation site survey, which was great for us as it told us the state of our current IT systems. Grant told us exactly what we needed and advised us to look at Microsoft 365 Business Premium which is currently free for qualifying non-profit organisations, so we jumped at that. Grant replaced all our old devices with Windows 10 Pro Desktops, Windows 10 Pro Laptops and migrated our email and data over to Microsoft Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business. He set up Microsoft Teams for us so that we can now work collaboratively. We can also all work from home now because of this COVID lockdown and access our files and email anywhere. Our cabling in our office was a mess so Grant and his team installed structured cabling which solved any potential problems with our network. It looks very tidy as well. We also had new mobile phones so Grant set them up so that they can be remotely wiped if they are lost or stolen. This is great for complying with GDPR.
