Costa Coffee

Had had bad service at this Costa in the past but most recently was served by Leah who was super friendly and served us fast. She was the only one making drinks but they came out really fast and tasted great.

Staff absolutely pig ignorant. Went in and ordered a drink which they werent able to make but instead of politely explaining this as I made my order the staff member just said no really abruptly. After I questioned why I got told there were no cups to put my drink in, as a barista myself I would try be far more accommodating and find an alternative cup to put the drink in, I just felt like she didnt want to serve me. As someone who works in this industry, I wouldnt dare speak to a customer like this and feel like they could do with learning some customer service skills from myself.
