Used DIAL service a few times when needing help with filling my daughter's PIP forms in. This is a good much needed service and i would highly recommend DIAL to anyone struggling with forms etc or needing advice on benefits. Hope DIAL continues to operate.

Spoke with Nigel today who was very knowledgeable and informative and gave me great reassurance to help manage things going off in my life at the moment. 100 minutes I had him on the phone for and he couldn't have done more to help me. Thanks nigel

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING I rang dial for some help filling a form in and was told to try CAB because Dial dont get the funding for the area where I live.
