Never will go to this place again!! Car I got showed problems in matter of hours of having it. Not had the car for a year and it's been written off!! Beyond appealed. Poor customer service, arrogant people working there and just care about money! Disgusting

Great dealership highly recommend them especially Aaron he was great from start to finish he never hounded me or trying to push me in to something I didnt want to do and thats how I like it he left me alone to make my mind up I think if anything I think I was the one hounding him. I will be using them again to get another car in the future.

Purchased a car on the 30th march this year. Lee was great helping in anyway he could but the overall car is a bit disappointing. The car was originally supposed to be ready by the 23rd of march but they had some issues with it. A week later went to collect at arranged time and ended up waiting another 4 hours. The car music console doesnt work which i told them about the same day. The sent a worker to check who said it was fine. Well its not! Tire pressure monitor doesnt work either driving round on a slow puncture which i believe was already there when purchased, as a disabled driver that is a great worry. The car was absolutely disgustingly dirty.. not cleaned properly at all.. Dont know what kind of animal had this car before me but DISGUSTING!! They sprayed the car with whatever chemicals they use to hide the rancid smell that even after cleaning myself.. still stinks.. Have tried calling after sales but for some strange reason can never get through and they dont return your calls. Am about to take this car for a proper check from a reputable garage.. because im now feeling unsafe that the car wasnt checked properly before sale.

*** please read to the end as this review starts well but doesnt end well** Brilliant car dealership, fast, effective and very friendly. Even the business partners are super friendly and helpful. Love our new car thank you so much! Updated 7.10.22 The acceptance part is still true it was great - after sales. I dont even have words! 5 parts broke on day 3 despite it being MOTd the day I collected with no advisories! They took it in to fix it and within 12hours all components began to break again, they refused to fix some things stating it doesnt effect the MOT - this being my front bumper falling off! Long story short I had to go through the finance team and get a third party review to find it need 2k worth of repairs that the finance team paid for this was 6 weeks after I got the car that was serviced & MOTd the day of pick up. All serious faults aswel, handbrake broken, bumper falling off, missing under tray, broken windscreen wipers all electrics went! Wing mirror didnt work, needed full new suspension & leg, new headlight bulb plus many more! They also told me on the phone thats drivable! Not even so much as an apology for poor service either however they are overly nice when you see them face to face wont even mention any problems youve had! Terrible experience and now Im left with a pile of rubbish! Update 7/12/22 Suspension and wipers broken AGAIN!! Due to suspension being fit incorrectly by autozone! Please guys avoid this dealership at all costs!! Im self employed and its cost me more money in business since I or this car with the amount of breakdowns and how long its off the road!! I have had to go through first response finance & and external garage for all this work done as they didnt fox the parts they said, refused to fix other parts AND lied about parts missing from my car and told us they were there! Update: 03/2023 - sent car back and terminated contract as same fault broke 4 times destroying the car!
