Great customer service until I bought the car, then it all went downhill. The car wasnt ready when it was supposed to be and I had to phone twice to chase this up. When I collected my car the spare key wasnt there, I was told it would be posted out straight away. Three and a half weeks later with several phonecalls from myself I eventually get the second key. Very poor customer service! Got fed up of being fobbed off.
