Disgusting attitude from the from a lady in the servicing department today (01.03.23) I recently called as I have just bought an Abarth 595, which has been previously serviced by cars2 in Barnsley. I called up to find out what service history the vehicle has had. So I know which service to book next and also to inform my warranty company, as they are requesting this information in order for me to take out third party warranty. I was very abruptly, told this information cannot be given to me as I was not the owner of the vehicle at the time of the last service. I have not had an issue getting this information from Stoneacre, with regards to the first and second service but in a case of cars2 they were totally uncooperative, and not willing to help at all. I totally understand the rules with GDPR but there was nothing stopping cars2 from writing a quick email just to confirm what had been done in the third service just like Stoneacre has done for the first 2 services. This makes choosing the place for my next service a lot easier as it will definitely not be cars2!
