After setting up an account for my daughter online I went into the branch to show ID. The girl behind the counter with blonde hair, who's name i sadly didn't catch was very lovely and helpful not only on the phone but in person. She made my experience very easy and pleasant.

I don't understand any of the rules here. Its a bank so you would expect them to deal with cash, but they will only take 5 bags of coins, and you can't deposit notes at the the desk. You can only deposit notes at the machine but the machine won't take any crinkled notes. So basically if you come to the bank infrequently to deposit your money this isn't the place for you. I ll just spend my change in future. Less hassle.

I would like to thank all the staff at my local branch for their dedication and efforts to keep everyone safe. They are very helpful and the manager always seems to be on hand to help staff and customers.

Just message to the staff who refused to open the account because on my ID there is last name before first name and on my proof adress is mentioned first name before last name It was better to say no than you give this stupid arguement.....
