I installed kitchen and all experience was terrible, from design to installation, very difficult to contact customer care , product not great quality and very stressful long 6 months

Well today you lost a regular customer, I was standing looking at items on a shelf when a member off staff came right in front of me, I had to move out of the way for her and she started straightening up stock on the shelves, preventing me to carry on with what I was looking for, I wouldn't have minded of she said excuse me or something like that, there was just no need it was rude and arrogant, I will shop somewhere else in future.
