        We bought some blinds from Starlite 14 years ago. Today a fixing on one of the blinds failed. I went back to them & they took much time to find a new fixing. Now that is what I call excellent customer service. The blinds we bought are still in excellent condition. So you have a company who make blinds which are long lasting & provide excellent after care. What more can a customer ask for. AND they are a local firm.

        Good prompt service, however the shutters I had fitted didn't create the impact I had envisaged I believe Venetian blinds would have given similar effect at a much lower cost more product knowledge on design features from the sales person would have benefited.

        We have had 3 vertical blinds fitted (two fitting windows over 10 feet wide). We are thrilled to bits with them. Kev the salesman was a lovely polite and knowledgeable man, and then the fitters who came out to fit them were polite, courteous and friendly. They were very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company, and will definitely use them again in the future. Many thanks
