Last went to Anne in February so didnt know whether to have a cut or a blue rinse! We left looking so different and safe. No fancy lights and decor just good caring people offering a very safe experience. Thank you.

Horrible, ONE STAR IS EVEN TO MUCH FOR THIS PLACE! Went once almost 2 years ago and I think Emma did my hair she was great loved it. Went this time and was worst decision the younger lady did my hair I told her I wanted the blonde I already had just lighter and get rid the roots, she even asked if I wanted ash blonde I specifically said no ash at all.I seen my hair after it was done it was horrible. like brass color everywhere and gray looking and purple and yellow tints to it. She knew she clearly didn't do a good job before i even realized it looked so bad. She called other lady over while she was washing my hair to ask her what to do about the brassy colors and how it looked lady said it would go away and looked brilliant but they clearly knew it didn't. Even after I Said i didn't like it at all and she insisted it looked great and literally told me that I needed change in my life that was the to top it off! Do not tell someone it looks great when you clearly completely messed my hair up specially after you try telling me it's great and not want to fix it when my wedding was a week after this. When I paid 2 years ago I got same thing full head highlight it costed only 45 pound now they charged me 75 pound I will never go back or recommend them to anyone ever lady clearly needs to get more training and better customer service!!! Im very unhappy with the service here. Don't even know how someone can mess up blonde hair that bad when it was already blonde. My roots also are still showing and not even covered up im super unhappy! Got it done a day ago and still have black roots !!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
