        Great place for beer and to chillout without having to shout to be heard .

        Is this place closed for good? Only managed to get in once and that was months ago, every time since has been shut (probably 5 or 6 attempts). Literally stood outside it now and the shutters are down again even though the opening times say otherwise. 3 stars cos the only time I got in was brilliant.

        Website states open from 2pm Wednesday. 4pm and it's not. Chap in the car park burger van says they don't open Wednesday. Only reason I travelled to Barnsley. Very poor. Enjoyed the last Wednesday visit immensely but don't take kindly to having my time and money wasted. Shame on you MduB.

        Lovely place but several of the cans we purchased for full price were completely out of date and the beer was undrinkable and had to pour them down the drainthose beers shouldnt be on the shelves
