        Another disappointment from HSBC Barnsley branch, this time my own bank which I am customer for over 16 years refused to change my ripped/broken 5 note, saying that they dont do that and they only can provide me a sealey tape to try fix it so I can spend it in the shopso instead of this, I just tried to pay in by one of the machines in branch which did worked. Though to let you know my story to prevent you wasting your time and efforts to go to your bank, as you can see they not going to help you.

        They toke over 600 ponds out of mi bank to pays something off and left me over drawn I went in to ask them about it and the woman was really rude being nasty I asked if they could put it back in mi Bank cos I'm going to get kicked out of mi flat I'd I don't pay my bills said no I'm switching banks
