        If you are a business or private individual Barclays does not value your custom. I'm in the bank now waiting to do my Business Banking & the counter is completely closed down. There's a huge queue of people waiting to see the 2 members of staff who are working & no one is using the self service machines. Barclays: please realise that your customers come to branch to be served by a human - if we want automated we go online.
