This place doesnt get enough credit! I went this afternoon (Angel branch) for a steak bake, meal deal and beef pattie and the lady serving me was lovely, polite and helpful. Great customer service! Even the other lady who wasnt serving me was very polite to other customers too. The food was really good, got a tuna sandwich and was surprised how good it was! Definitely prefer Wenzels to Greggs (which was closed today)

VERY DANGEROUS & BAD EXPERIENCE !!! I ordered white baguettes and I clarified that there was an allergy to seeds etc, once received my nephew had a allergic reaction ! We rushed to see what happened and was horrified to find wed be given something different to what we ordered (brown seeded buns). On the way to the hospital I called this branch up and asked to speak to a manger, I was told there was no manger and the staff member I spoke (Alex) made an excuse that they are unable to cancel the order when they dont have the right ingredients, so they decided that they would go ahead with the order using the buns that has seeds without informing us, and no indication/ labels of what was in the order. The staff was not apologetic or sympathetic whatsoever. Was a frequent customer & sadly will never be ordering from them again.
