I worked at Perspective for 8 months on a variety of different projects. I was supported from the get go, with the supervisors and manager ensuring you have all the skills and tools needed to complete the task at hand. The environment is very friendly and I had the pleasure of meeting a lot of great people.

I worked in perspective for almost a year and ive learned so much in such a short period, i moved from one project to another and this was very exciting as i learned something new everyday, they suggested that working from home can be an option after a couple of months of working from the office which was a nice opportunity, basically in this company you grow everyday, i even made friends from the office and they were so sweet, all the supervisors were more than helpful, they were all very kind and nice, whenever there is anything wrong they were always there to help, they were all very fun too. I loved working there, it was one of the most unforgettable experience i have ever had.

The first week is probably the best week because they are lenient. When you don't hit your targets they send you home early and sometimes don't book you in for the next week. Ive seen it happen to many people. The managers probably talk about people behind their backs. They don't make no calls, just sit around making jokes with each other and forcing us to make calls all the time, i feel like i am in school. They don't consider peoples feelings or mental health. The only good thing about this job is the breaks. Your better off working somewhere else or prepared to be sent home early on a bad day. I want to leave but i need to find a job first.
