Originally I gave this place 5 star because the pizza was amazing. But the pizza is subpar now days it was my favourite pizza place but now I can take it or leave it. For me the sauce changes a lot and consistency is an issue. Its started to lack depth and flavour, get yourself some proper San Mazano tomatos. The cheese side of it is a bit stingy, Id be more generous. And finally the dough itself, the pizza will be cooked but its a tad too doughy sometimes. And Unevenly cooked, so one side will have a nice charcoal then the other side is a bit stodgy. Sad because I dont want to give it 3 stars but I feel a bit of a reality check is required. If you change it and want to invite me in to taste it, Id be happy to change my review. Kind Regards, Max
