Baz is a great PT! The sessions whilst pushing you and can be challenging really help increase your fitness levels. I have been training with Baz for 6 months now and really enjoying my sessions and seen a big difference! Also Baz goes the extra mile and sends diet plans based around your likes and dislikes. On top of it al he is a really great guy! I would highly recommend a session for you to see yourself :)

I'd been going to the gym for months, but not enjoying it or seeing any real results. I spoke to Bazilio, he has such a positive and motivating attitude that I signed up for his online training programme, and it's changed everything. The workouts are fun and varied, it's built my confidence in the gym, helped me lose weight, and I actually enjoy working out - it's now become a part of my routine that I look forward to rather than it feeling like a chore. Baz is an awesome PT, he varies the sets in a way I've never had with other PTs to get the best results from muscles. You can tell he's very clued up and puts a lot of effort into his clients. The workouts are challenging and the gym is nice and quiet - there's always plenty of space and enough equipment.
