Thanks Dorian, Angela, Ellie and everyone at P+C for being great landlords over the last few years. They were responsive, supportive and never made me feel bad for asking for repairs and changes, as so often landlords do. I would rent with P+C again in the future.

He's incredibly friendly, transparent, and always responsive - he's even gone the extra mile for me a few times during my lease which was incredibly helpful. The leasehold property manager we've dealt with at Pearl & Coutts, Samuel Levy, has been excellent. Always extremely helpful, prompt and proactive with queries. It has been a great experience working with them.

Good service and attention to detail from Sam Levy coordinating and planning maintenance works at a retail/residential property. Meetings/contractors on time and Sam listens to concerns and issues.
