    Unprofessional and rude. Quickly "offended" when you point out they are being sloppy. And lack of respect for a customer is a NO-NO, don't you know?

    This site was most helpful. I needed a Covid Test as my tour was leaving in 2 days. Ryan helped me to register and book appt that day - he was helpful, professional and made the experience easy.

    SCAM! Dont go! I did my Covid testing here. Before test, I made calls and on the day I reiterated that I am travelling to Country X. I said I only need the documents that Country X needs. I was assured that the clinic is well prepared for all travel assistances. However, the clinic didnt give me one specific document required by Country X, and therefore I was rejected boarding at the airport - had to pay for rebooking and did another covid test. I was super upset about what have happened. The complaint team said it was my fault and they dont take responsibility. The thing is, I checked with you at least twice: can I travel to Country X with your documents? You said YES!

    This place just wants to steal your money! We have been waiting for a refund on our booked appointment for over 21 days without ANY response from their customer service. Their call centre answers but constantly directs us to email correspondence, which is not answered. Owing over 250 to us - they are clearly in the business of trying to avoid refunds. More so, they are significantly more expensive than other providers. with such poor customer service its seriously not worth the mark up on price. I would give this place a big AVOID.
