Unfortunately each sales works for their own under the b&o umbrella and then if you have a problem with your sales, the rest say nothing I can do mate
Spent 7k in gear they suggested and 18 months after still not been able to watch a movie properly because the installation gent (after 3 paid visits) says its configuration and the sales doesnt seem to make it click or is always busy in other jobs (selling probably?)
Ratio of 5 calls to the shop per reply and chasers after chaser which means you end up writing a review like this but literally they do not seem to understand your frustration of 18 months
Given them a few chances to fix the situation promise after promise but unfortunately summary is great sales., horrible horrible horrible after sales service
Happy to change this review if we manage to watch a movie over Christmas (in one month!)
