I recently visited a Korean convenience store and was assisted by a friendly and helpful employee named Berham. I was impressed by his excellent customer service skills, which made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Berham was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and was able to answer all my questions with ease.

Berhan at Oseyo provided excellent customer service during my recent visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with my purchases. I visit Oseyo nearly every week and everything is great about this store but today, I experience a really bad customer service. I went in brought some stuff and went to the cashier. After paying, I kindly asked the cashier for a receipt, she didnt say anything but she threw the receipt to me! when you can just kindly give it to me. Bad customer service, no manners seems like she didnt want work there, no thank you, no smiling, just a really bad vibe going on in the shop. Didnt see her name but the service was terrible.
