Oxfam Shop - Islington

If you buy something in this store and you don't want it, make sure you take it back "on time" (according to the woman manager). My partner tried to swap some trousers he had bought and were not the right size and the woman said she couldn't give a refund because "it was one day out of the refund period" (?). She made that completely up. A real pity, that ruins the image of the shop and the charity.

Lady with the American accent is not kind to a disabled customer who was in the store while I was shopping as well. Other comments seem to reflect this issue - perhaps time for a management training ?

I went in for the first time today and bought two lovely rugs. Nice shop with a variety of items.

Bought shoes, cost me 15.99, lasted a day. Did a email reclaim with the receipt and photos and they are erasing the email without reading it. I don't recomend people to buy here in this Chairity Shop
