Alistair is incredibly helpful, he is always attentive and has provided excellent treatment in every visit. He is extremely knowledgeable, asks the right questions and gives advice, something that often not all professionals do. One of his main strengths: he gets to know his clients so he can provide the care, treatment and information required. I came to see Alistair after reading the encouraging reviews left by his clients online. I too share their pleasure after seeing Alistair to help with a shoulder mobility issue that has hampered me for a long time. Where Alistair stands alone from previous osteopaths I have seen, is his ability of explanation and attention given. A guy that clearly loves his profession and appreciates those that look to him for help.

Wow where do I start, Richardsons Osteopathy is completely unmatched. I went to my session with so much tension, every part of me was tight even down to my breathing. I left feeling like a new person, the way that Alistair knows exactly why and what causes any issues amazes me. He has an incredible understanding of the human body and most certainly will solve your issues and get you feeling back to your normal self again. Honestly, highly recommend!

I have been struggling with shoulder pain (left side) and knee & hip pain (right side) since September last year. Trying to fix it with my own rehab work. I went to See Ali at Richardsons Osteopathy yesterday. He diagnosed my problem on the day and seems to have fixed BOTH my issues instantly with his 10/10 work. Im annoyed I left it so long to go and see a professional but so relieved to have sorted out these problems which have been holding me back in the gym and giving me uncomfortable pain for so long. Highly recommend going to see Ali, easy location to get to, 2min walk from Angel tube station. I can almost guarantee he can help you with any injury/pain you are struggling to deal with and overcome. Dont wait like I did, get in touch with him ASAP! Id give a 10 star review if I could!
