I brought two mobile phones last year in November and One of them are getting hot on the on/off button. I took it back and He doesn't know the problem and He refused to change the Mobile phone. He told me to take it to Covent Gardens repairs Shop and He will see the problem and Replace my phone.I contacted the person and He told me that the Shop at Chapel Market Internet Cafe,where I brought it from should of change it straight away. Because his Shop only repairs the phones not replace them. If the matter is not sorted out,I will report it to the police and Get them to deal with it.
