        Do not use this service, i made a mistake when booking the dates, and then tried to contact them by phone and the number is bloody hard to find and the automated system does not allow for that kind of contact and you can not speak to anyone it just hangs up. so i then searched for an email and eventually found one. i sent them an email explaining my issue and they didn't not even reply which meant i had to ring the Hotel directly and pay for a second time to book the rooms. very disappointed is an understatement, would question if this is a creditable company.
