Got an email from Ticketmaster saying I had been successful in the public ballot for two tickets to the Coronation Concert and to claim my tickets by a deadline two days away. A short time later another email comes saying tickets have now all been allocated. What is the point of having a ballot if it is first come, first served anyway? And why give wrong information in the initial email?

I'm reaching support for help regarding my ticket and all I get is a scripted reply, each time from different members. I have to repeat my issue once again. You don't seem to read my case at all or a story of my messages, what kind of support is that? It's not helpful in any way, I don't understand why you have a support option on the website.

I've been using Ticketmaster for many years and they always take my money pretty quickly. I recently sold tickets and it is taking forever to get my money. It is impossible to get to speak with someone - the 'help' is some useless automated chat that sends you round in circles. Automating customer service is not a good idea! Be careful if you sell you tickets - the don't pay quickly and it's impossible to get help when they don't pay on time.
