I have never had any problem with their work, but I have mostly used them for washing and ironing cheap shirts, and for some bulky laundry like duvets. 5 stars if they accepted card payments.

Lovely owner who did a great job repairing some holes in a few of my jumpers. The dry cleaning service is also great, and with a very speedy turnaround time.

I took my expensive cream coat to get dry cleaned as I had spilt a small amount of coffee on the front.the owner said he could not guarantee it would come out but he would do his best. He said it would cost 12.50 and only accepts cash. It would be ready in 2 days. I went to collect my coat. Not only did the stain not come out he told me the dry cleaning did not get the stain out so he washed it, and the stain still remains. I was flabbergasted this is a dry clean only item and is ruined. The material is now limp and looks old. It was a rich cream colour it is now a dull cream/grey. The owner did not care. I asked him why he washed it without my permission and he replied well you wanted the stain out. I wish I had read the reviews before I used this establishment as I would have gone to a professional duty cleaners, and not this place that simply does not understand materials and methods of cleaning. I urge you to use somewhere else to look after your items. Absolutely disgraceful.
