Always came into the store to get my work things printed and normally I have no problems and staff are very helpful. But today 1 staff member ( short brown hair lady) was very rude and sarcastic which ruined my experience unfortunately. After I had made a simple mistake with the printer she tried to make me pay.I apologised and explained I dont have the funds to pay for what was a mistake. Then said she said I had to email I was still a little confused but then she said are you gonna email then or not ? She handed me my prints without a sleeve which is uncommon for this branch and then I asked and she gave me a sleeve too small and then put it on the table abruptly, and before I could ask for a sleeve to fit my prints she ignored me and went to the next person. Quite disappointing as I use this branch a lot.

I got Australian passport photos here, they cost 20 for a set and I think it took about 15-20 min for them to be processed. Great service on a Sunday when many other photo shops are closed.
