        The chinese lady is extremely unprofessional. I haven't been there for a while due to covid and other stuff so she started threatening me to end my brace contract saying i would have them on for the rest of my life. The people at angle house orthodontists sent her a email to get a couple teeth removed to correct my braces and she didnt even bother to check her email before saying she didnt receive anything. Her and her assistant started to lecture me and my mum because i havent been there for a while. She also put up a poster saying something around NHS staff abuse will not be tolerated so it is obvious she knows she is disliked.
