A battery issue
- MacBook Pro 15' (2016 model)
- didn't turn on for a few days.
I had the pleasure of receiving excellent service at the store,
* The booking service: Prompt
* Location : 4-5mins from the station, easy to find
* The staff :Very helpful, honest and kind;Open about the service prices depending on potential issues; helped me consider my budget situation during my waiting time.
* Waiting time (10-20mins) for an accurate diagnosis. ; The battery was pretty old (84% used) and might be causing minor issues due to its age.
* Given a few options considering the laptop's status.
* The best part was my laptop was working like magic afterwards!!!!!!!
The quality of service I received was beyond excellence. Anton, Francisco, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, and professional.
I appreciated how they handled my stressful situation and kept me calm.Their services made my day.
Anton shared some suggestions on how to keep my laptop healthier and safer, was very friendly, and made waiting for diagnosis a breeze.
Francisco noticed one of my keyboards was coming off and fixed it without me even asking. He shared a few options in case the battery completely fails and how to prolong its lifespan.
