I love this pub, the staff are always friendly, and the food is always top-notch. Whenever we are in the area, we always go in there and have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work, Ben

Came here last night for a dinner with my fianc, the staff were lovely and very on point! We didnt even have to wait 10 minutes for our main after starters! Food was gorgeous! Definitely recommend! And will 100% be visiting again soon! Many thanks to all the staff and chef for a wonderful night!

Friendly service, beautiful pub with a nice atmosphere but the food was really awful which is a great shame. Im not sure the chef knows his own menu as the fish pie was incredibly dry (basically a pie dish full of dry mashed potato) and was served with hard peas rather than the advertised mange tout, the prawn and chorizo pasta in a tomato sauce actually had no sauce, the pepperoni on the pizza was the most synthetic kind of pepperoni you could buy and the cold meat starter was served with crackers? All very lazy. We were polite when asked how our starters were hoping that the mains would be an improvement, but the fish pie was so bad that I did tell the waitress that it was incredibly dry and although she was very friendly I presume the chef wasnt bothered as there was no further feed back. Probably best to stick with a pint and a packet of peanuts.
