        The lady behind the counter screamed at my daughter VERY LOUDLY and told her to stop jumping around. My daughter has special needs and autism. She flaps her hands when shes happy and this is all she was doing. I was so shocked and upset that someone could be so ignorant and think it was ok to treat a stranger this way. When I went to collect the trophies a week later, a brush was left on the floor so I walked past it to the counter. The same lady then accused me of knocking it over! I told her it was on the floor when I entered the shop and she rolled her eyes at me. They also dont take cards so I had to leave the shop to find a cash machine. I like to use local businesses as much as I can but I would never use this company again. It costs nothing to be polite to others. Such a shame.
