        Told us we would have outfits ready for collection and then as we arrived ten mins before the agreed time, everyone had closed shop and disappeared. Extremely unprofessional and have caused a huge inconvenience.

        Really poor experience my mum contacted northern costume hire 2 weeks prior to her fancy dress party and they promised to find her a costume however they did not get back in touch therefore she contacted them again one week later and once again they agreed to find her something....however didnt and failed to inform her of this or respond to her messages....very disappointed despite saying they would find something and get back to us they let us down and we had no fancy dress costume - poor service would definitely not recommended this company.
