I have recently sold my house using Pads-4-Sale, and I have only admiration for the service they provided. From the initial viewing unto the day of completion the team at Pads-4-Sale have been exemplary. The team have always been on hand to conduct viewings; despite there being a distance between my property and their offices. Their responsiveness to emails and my questions was without fault, and I feel the sale of my home is directly linked to their advice, guidance and professionalism. Special thanks go to Karen and Charlotte, who have overseen every aspect of my house sale. I would gladly utilise the services of Pads-4-Sale anytime I could in the future! Thanks again!

PAD-4-SALE have been first class throughout the sale process with plenty of communication at every stage. Have used Pad-2-Let their sister company as our letting agent for 15 years and they have always been excellent.

Just exchanged today on the sale of our house through Pad4sale where the transaction has been mainly during lockdown period observing all social distancing and remote working. Excellent service throughout. Big shout out for Karen who has been an absolute star. With integration into Rightmove and On the market you will get usual full marketing you would expect but the behind the scenes work is what really counts to get that sale through to completion. Great job guys.
