        2 years I had a rental with pad 2 let, any issues, concerns, queries were handled and dealt with promptly and professionally. If in future I decide to rent again I would highly recommend and use this company.

        Most of the staff are friendly, there are maybe 2 I was very unhappy dealing with. Used to live in a house and these were our agents, had lots of issues and was always met with a rude and vulgar attitude from the same woman.

        The worst agency ever. After two years living in a property of them we had lots of problems with the house and they never fixed it. I'll not recommend this agency at all.

        Pad to let were our agent for our house in Nelson for over 15 years. They were excellent. Highly professional, responsive and helpful whenever we had any issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough
