        We bought a 48,000 electric refrigerated van that does not work.. and badly fitted. Called RAC for the 5th time in two months of buying this van.. we do not have a manual for the van . Still cant get anything concrete out of these people.. it took us 4 years to be able to afford this van and we are still using our old diesel van and paying two insurances ULEZ for the old van on top of having a brand new van I would not recommend COOL VAN After we made last payment the dropped off a van that didnt move the next time we get a driver trying to move it .. anyone having similar issues with this company please contact me I wont let this go!

        AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Updated. More issues. Several mechanics who have looked at the vehicle have suggested it must have been left with its engine exposed or it was flooded. This vehicle has almost put me out of business. Avoid coolvan at all cost. One of the worse conversions you can buy. The evaporators are not secured properly, nothing is sized correctly. We have had this van about 2/3 years, we have had nothing but issues. I would also recommend that you steer clear of their used vehicles. Awful builds Awful customer service When asked for the service history it could not be provided. Thousands spent on rental vans whilst this one has been off the road even though its been maintained very well. Thousands spend repairing the vehicle. Including a fuel system failure within 6months, a gearbox failure within 12 months and so on and so on. Not to mention the fact it was sold with so much corrosion in the front that its obviously been flooded. I would strongly recommend looking at coolkit rather then coolvan. Unhappy Coolvan NV400 Owner
