        The staff at this location are generally friendly, but the downside is that there often aren't enough of them on hand, leading to long lines and wait times. I think it would be helpful if they had a cash deposit machine inside, as many other banks now offer this convenience. While I appreciate the friendly staff, I find it frustrating to have to spend a long time waiting in line to complete my transactions. I hope that the staffing issue can be addressed in the future to improve the overall experience at this location. It's closing soon unfortunately anyway so it doesn't matter now.
