From the moment I made contact with their team, they were incredibly professional, friendly and accommodating. I had originally purchased a car from them for my daughter, but unfortunately, she was struggling to drive it. When I explained the situation to the team, they were more than understanding and allowed us to return the car with no hassle at all. The team was very fast with delivery and ensured that everything was handled quickly and efficiently. They were constantly in touch throughout the process, keeping me updated on the status of my refund and ensuring that everything went smoothly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout our interactions. Overall, I was very impressed with this car company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my experience, and for that, I am extremely grateful. Thank you for all your help!

PLEASE AVOID! After putting down a deposit to reserve the vehicle, my family had to back out due to unforseen circumstances. After signing a contract saying that the deposit was 100% refundable if we don't purchase the car and assuring us up and down the wall that they wouldn't hold onto our money if the sale didn't go through... well, you guessed it. They're refusing to give our deposit back and are now dodging all contact. In a time where people are struggling to make ends meet, it's so disheartening to encounter such a crooked business. Hopefully the money that they've stolen from us goes to good use, because now my daughter will have to wait much longer to get the new nursery supplies she needed.

PLEASE AVOID this company!! The man who runs this company is extremely rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy. On the day I was due to collect my car I had brought through finance, he phoned me to inform me he was selling to a local customer (which bearing in mind all the finance paperwork had been signed - just waiting for me to collect and pay the deposit!!). He told me I shouldve come on the day I first spoke to him (which was just two days prior - people have a life, work etc how are we able to drop this just like that) He soon changed his mind once the lady from the car company got in contact with him to let him know he cannot do this. Also bearing in mind I just spoke to him an hour before he called, to confirm the address. After this situation I decided I did not want to go through this dealership. When he found this out, he then proceeded to LIE to me, informing me he had already received the funds from the finance company (when he hadnt) . So now you have to come to your appointment. And he cannot send the funds back to the company unless I go to the dealership. He was also very rude and irate to the lovely lady from the car company, hanging the phone up on her and shouting (ps. The funds only get released to the dealership once I have confirmed Im happy with the car). Why would they send them over before I have even seen it? Anyway it turns out the person that runs this company is the same person that used to run West London Motors located on Hayes End Road. It has been confirmed that these companies are linked together and are known for selling faulty cars! So please avoid this dealership.
