Wembley Park Express

Used to love this store and been coming regularly over 9 years. Today I was waiting in the queue while the staff were talking for a couple of minutes. A large man pushed past me & was immediately served. I politely tried to draw his attention to the queue but he became angry & verbally abusive. The man behind the till then asked if I wanted to come in front of him but I was then too frightened so let him go ahead. Once the man had left both staff started raising their voices at me saying I had caused trouble by not coming forward. I left the shop in tears. I wont be going back.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year and a half. Ive come in every other day and spent 20+. I went in today and the man sold me a fake vape. After I confronted him he started screaming at me in front of other customers. He kept saying it doesnt matter if its fake, it does the same thing. He didnt refund me or replace the product. He was trying to intimidate and continuously spoke down to me. I feel very disappointed that my trust was broken and I was treated in that way. Fake vapes can be detrimental to the users health and the fact that this man did not care about that or the fact that I just spent 12 on an item that I wouldnt use is pathetic.
