I dont normally give bad reviews as I strongly believe that everyone deserves a second chance but to be laughed at by the Timpsons store assistant for my valid complaint that the item hasnt been cleaned is just outrageous. The whole experience left me in tears. On top, he was claiming that I havent paid for the service, when my account statement clearly showed the amount which they clearly have not processed through the system. Horrible experience
