    Excellent accommodation, after arriving jn the the UK, my family and I found the place accomadating and a home away from home. Comfortable and we have our privacy. Great place to be in Transit. Highly recommended

    I recently stayed at Livestay and unfortunately encountered several issues during my stay. Firstly, my check-in time was in the afternoon, but when I arrived, I was disappointed to find that the property had not been cleaned yet. The cleaning was eventually done at 7pm which caused a significant delay in our plans for the day. Secondly, Livestay took more than 8 days to refund my deposit. They claimed that the wooden flooring was damaged, which caused the delay, but after I shared photos of the entire property that I had taken as a precaution, they quickly accepted that the damage had occurred long before my stay. Furthermore, Livestay had promised to refund my cleaning fee due to the late cleaning, but only a partial amount was refunded and the remaining amount is still pending. I also had trouble reaching the management team as they were not picking up calls, and only replied to my messages after I sent multiple follow-ups. Even after promising to refund the balance cleaning fee, they have not responded to my messages for the past 3 days. Given these issues, I would caution future guests to carefully consider these factors before planning their stay at Livestay.
