        Dear Adrian, Unfortunately the Council did suspended renovation works on this property. We understand that this must have been a frustrating time for you hence the phone call that you received apologising and updating you on the situation. However it was instructed by the council and we have no legislation to overrule there authoritative directions. We would also like to apologise if you havent received your full funds back. Please be advised that this would have not been a deliberate action and we urge you to contact us to resolve this matter at your earliest convenience. We await your response.         Absolute fraudsters. After putting down 650.00 for a rental property 150 of it admin fee. They called me back a week later and said the council had suspended renovations while the property is inspected over planning regs. After waiting another week I asked for a refund as they stated the renovations will take months. I have never received my 150.00 back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! They are estate agents therefore have no legislation and will not give your money back.
