        Unprofessional staff especially a guy called Hosam, rude and disrespectful to people, promised a refund for a service they didnt carry out and its been 2 weeks with no money in sight. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

        After being referred to this by my GP for a 'NHS Community Pharmacist Minor Illness Service', I was expecting to get a call within 24 hours. It's been two weeks and I haven't received any call. Moreover, they don't accept calls and hang up automatically.
