Handy while shopping at ASDA. Also more convenient as its open until 11 PM.

I was the victim of terrible customer service at the hands of this staff. I am prescribed 30mg Elvanse tablets privately and due to Royal Mail strikes, the prescription came quite late. I was not made aware of it arriving and so came after it had expired. The staff were rude and standoffish, treating me like the medication was not really mine and flippantly telling me to call 111. After speaking to 111 I was told the pharmacy could dispense the medication at their discretion due to certain special circumstances. After letting the staff know this, they proceeded to ignore me until my mother had to come and ask for an update. To my great surprise, today my new prescription came, and they almost lost it! Instead we were told it was sent to a post office (misinformation) luckily, I had the picture of Riyas signature (the same lady working who had condescended me in the earlier encounter). It is incredibly ironic that the same bureaucratic staff had managed to almost lose my prescription had they not phoned Riya just before close. So incredibly disappointed with the poor level of customer service and competence. Disappointed.
