    My husband encouraged me to book these classes for me when I was 14 weeks pregnant and I am glad we booked it. Sally is an amazing person. I always looked forward to see her. It's a good way to relax and take a break from busy schedule. I went into preterm labour at 26weeks and it was the yoga moves and breathing techniques which I learnt from Sally saved my and my LB's lives. She discussed all the signs of early labour and also how to use breathing techniques for easy labour and it helped me a lot. Just when I went into active labour I did all the yoga I had learned from Sally to avoid C-section and fory baby to be in the right position and guess what I gave birth in 4 hours and the baby was in the right position. Doctors were surprised that at that early stage of pregnancy baby was in the correct position. I highly recommend these classes to all the pregnant women out there. Good luck. Komal

    Sally's pregnancy yoga class was excellent. The yoga is very gentle, Sally is well experienced and offers good advice and teachings. The class is also a great place to meet other expecting ladies

    I did 2 terms of pregnancy yoga with Sally. And she was very supportive throughout my journey. She helped me stay calm and focussed on me and my baby. Ive also made some good friends from the class who have babies around the same age. Even during my birth process, Sally stayed in touch when I needed her to be. I cant thank her enough! I also take my 3.5 month old for baby massage with Sally. Shes so friendly and gives alternative tips for when the baby is fussy. Shes very patient and understanding. Id definitely recommend her classes to anyone. As a first time Mum, these classes have helped me immensely. Cant wait to do baby yoga when my baby is old enough.

    My husband was the one who booked me for Sally pregnancy yoga and it was the best thing he done for me. I loved the yoga the advise and the ability to relax from work and busy life. Sally is someone who you can talk to about anything and not get embarrassed or anything defo recommend 100%

    Although initially hesitant about attending a weekly yoga class on top of everything else I had on, it turned out to be a great decision as with the way Sally runs the classes I found them friendly and relaxing and looked forward to them each week. The classes started with a discussion of how we were all doing that week and if we had any problems Sally was always able to provide helpful insight. She provided me with some very useful tips when I developed SPD pain. The classes also incorporated gentle yoga, information on birthing and then relaxation at the end which was a perfect combination. I really enjoyed the classes and found them invaluable. I also attended her couples antenatal class which my husband and I both found very useful and informative. I would highly recommend Sally's classes to other expectant mums!
