KR were professional and fast to move of the blocks when we were in a high pressured situation. Their knowledge of the area and realistic expectations of what could be achieved, allowed us to plan ahead and within budget. A rarity nowadays amongst agents who are only after the commission. I would highly recommend them as a top local agent.
